Takin' It To The Street

The annual Gay Pride parade will be held in downtown Minneapolis on Sunday, June 30.

As an Open and Affirming congregation, we welcome children, youth and adults to show their solidarity with our LGBT friends by marching in the parade. We will carry our SAPUCC banner and join with others in a large contingent of UCC churches to show our pride.

The parade starts at 11:00 AM. Please sign up on the kiosk.

4th of July Parade

Thanks to the Board of Church Growth, SAPUCC is going to march in the St. Anthony Park 4th of July parade this year!

Thursday, July 4
10:30 AM assemble at Luther Place (at Como)
11:00 AM parade begins
All ages welcome
Dogs welcome to march with us, too

This classic neighborhood parade is a terrific opportunity for us to see and be seen, promote our church, raise our public profile, and have fun! We’ll carry our SAPUCC handprint banner, have a bunch of balloons in hand, and enjoy taking our church to the street.
